Privacy Policy — Evergiant

This Privacy Policy describes how Evergiant ("the App", "the game") handles
information. It is a single-player, offline game.

1. Data Collection
Evergiant does not collect, transmit, store or share any personal information.
There is no account, no sign-in, no registration and no user profile.

The App does not request the Android INTERNET permission, so it is technically
incapable of sending anything off your device. This is not a promise in a
policy; it is enforced by the app's manifest.

2. Advertising
Evergiant contains no advertising of any kind. There is no advertising SDK in
the app, no advertising identifier is read, and no third-party network is
contacted.

3. Purchases
Evergiant is bought once from Google Play. There are no in-app purchases,
subscriptions, loot boxes or paid currency. The price you pay is the only
transaction, and it is handled entirely by Google Play; we never see or store
your payment details.

4. What the app stores on your device
The game keeps a local save file (progress, heroes, artifacts, settings) and a
small preference for the sound toggle. These stay on your device. They are not
uploaded anywhere.

If you use the game's own Export/Import feature (Goals > Stats), the save is
written to a file on your device so you can keep a backup or move it between
your own devices. You decide where that file goes; we never receive it.

Uninstalling the app removes the local save.

5. Analytics, crashes and tracking
Evergiant contains no analytics, no crash-reporting SDK, no tracking and no
third-party code that profiles you.

6. Children's Privacy
Because the App collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none
from children. It contains no ads, no social features and no user-generated
content or communication.

7. Changes to This Policy
If a future version of the App ever changes how it handles data — for example
by adding an online feature — this page will be updated before that version is
released, and the "Last Updated" date above will change.
